Condition Monitoring

Condition monitoring (or, colloquially, CM) is the process of monitoring a parameter of condition in machinery (vibration, temperature etc.), in order to identify a significant change which is indicative of a developing fault. It is a major component of predictive maintenance. Condition monitoring is the process of determining the condition of machinery while in operation.

This preventitive measure is vital to keeping your hydraulic components, pumps, bearings and seals, in optimum condition. Other conditions that need to be monitored are oil and oil condition, vibration, heat and power supply.

Our highly skilled engineers will be able to monitor your equipment and report as to its condition before you experience any breakdowns thus saving time and expensive repairs or replacements.
